These terms describe use of the Mia & Andy website, an independent project operated by an individual.

Access to games

The games currently available are free and do not require a parent or child account. There are no active payments or subscriptions.

For children, alongside an adult

Activities are intended for exploration through play. A parent or other adult is encouraged to accompany children, choose suitable activities and adapt screen time to their needs. Games are not developmental assessments, medical advice or guarantees of educational outcomes.

Ordinary use of the website

You may open and replay games for personal use within your family. Do not attempt to access administration without authorisation, compromise security, disrupt the service or collect information about other users.

Content and reuse

Free access does not automatically grant permission to republish games or reuse illustrations, audio recordings or the Mia & Andy identity in other products. The rights and licences applicable to each material continue to apply.

Availability and progress

Interruptions, errors or differences between devices may occur. The site may be updated and some games may become temporarily unavailable. Progress is not saved in an account: leaving a game or reloading the page may start a new game.

See Privacy and Cookies and preferences for information about storage and services. Game-use statistics are described on the Privacy page; games also work when statistics cannot be sent.

Changes and legal rights

These conditions will be updated when the service changes. Nothing in this text removes mandatory rights provided by law.
